23 Jun 06 Weekend Update

I am chuckling about the passion Stumptown has for not having Mexican food for breakfast.  If you have not read his post on food rules, you should.

Madison is out of school, yesterday was her last day.  Reese has to go until 1PM today.  That means this afternoon I will be the parent of a 7th grader and a 5th grader.

My sister and brother-in-law are in town visiting.  They will be going, along with Beth and Madison, to the art museums downtown today.  Yours truly will be setting up equipment with John, my ever faithful roadie, to prepare for our rehearsal tonight and our praise band concert tomorrow night.

Some mixed emotions as it will be fun to play with my brother-in-law and hopefully sister.  But it will be sad since it will be our last, in the forseable future, to play with Marisa, Ricardo, Janet and Jayna.
