Shaped like a peanut.
Made with real peanut butter.
Described as a peanut butter sandwich cookie.
An intriguing name that is fun to say. Notice how it just rolls off the tongue.
I have it on good authority that Steven and Chipper like nutter butter cookies.
Is there a better cookie out there than the nutter butter?

Slow blog day, huh?
Oh, I’m sorry Greg, I meant to write something about Chipper.
Greg – what are you talking about? This is a “cookie-cutter†post.
Randy, as a fellow “Sonny’s BBQ lover†I must respectfully disagree with you and offer the ultimate cookie:
Double-stuff mint Oreos!
You could have said Chipper really likes “mutter butter” cookies, then it would have been a stellar blog! Just trying to “hep ya” some.
I’m with you on this one, Randy.
Greg, I’ve edited accordingly.
Since Brady (I think) deemed my son, Steven, is my “blog cash cow,” can I get a “Randy / Post shout out” for #1 son?
You know, “Steven and Chipper like Nutter Butter cookies.”
Seems only fair.
Cecil, edited as requested.
I feel whole again and you got the “trinity” in (Steven, then Chipper) the proper order.
I’d run a semi marathon with Wife, Chipper and Steve to eat a nutter butter cookie.
I’m telling the truth.
This is one the best blogs you’ve ever written! Very inspiring. Almost brought me to tears.
SNICKERDOODLES. Soft, chewy, sweet, but not too sweet, and even more fun to say than nutter butter.
And when you throw them at a co-worker they don’t dent the desk.
I don’t know what to say about this. There was a time when Nutter Butters were the best, but then they upped the preservatives. Now I have to eat them with something to drink because they are so dry.
I still favor the Thin Mint that the Girl Scout sell.
Well, they are not on the market, but my Aunt’s chocolate oatmeal cookies are the rave! Best I ever had.
Peace.
Let me say, first off, that I feel truly gypped for only getting here for what is, apparently, the third version of this post.
And then let me point out that Double Stuff Oreos, (mint? no mint!) are in fact the greatest cookie out there. Homemade chocolate chip aside.
Puck: If you come out to Pepperdine in the Spring, how ’bout bringing a sack full of those cookies. Not to share, but as a gift to your’s truly!
