Funeral Day

Posted by: Randy in Blog Thoughts Add comments

Today I will officiate the funeral service for Maxine Nicholas.

I did not know Maxine but have benefited from a wealth of resource of those who did.

And, yes, I’m wearing a tie.

I just hope the funeral director is anything like Greg.  (check out a recent post to see what I mean)

If so, it promises to be a multi-sensory day.

My friend, Chris, loves preaching funerals. He gets positively giddy.

Randy in a tie? That would be worth the price of admission.

Wouldn’t you rather the FD actually know what he’s doing?

Hey, I think I have a picture of you wearing a tie! If I had a scanner and knew how to post it, I’d do it for the naysayers who can’t imagine you in one! :)

I’m reading this post after-the-fact, but hope all went well with the funeral. Prayers were offered before-hand for you……

We all need Greg at our funeral services, don’t we??? :)
