Batting Average
There are those who will read this post and understand right away.
There are others who will think "whiner."
I’m having an "old school" week.
Prep and teach for a class on Wednesday night.
Prep and planning to teach two classes on Saturday for a regional conference.
Prep and delivery of a message for Sunday.
With these four "at bats" you just hope for a single or two.
I know there are guys who do this kind of thing every week.
I just wonder how anyone does it WELL on a consistent basis.

There ought to be something witty I could say about you having an “old school” week………….but it’s not coming. Sorry you’re cramming; I know it will be okay, because I know you, and you’re okay. Still, you and an “old school” week makes me smile! Hey, there’s one of my smiles for the day!!!!!
yes, but being a Who’s Who I’m sure you can handle it. Remember, even the best hitters ever only connected safely 4 out of 10 times.
I would compare your job my brother to being like a basketball official. An Official can be in the best position on a play, make the right call, and signal it with flawless mechanics and yet, someone will be ticked off.
Preachers are limited to “singles” by folks whose lenses they’re using to listen to what is being said are flawed themselves. I know, I’ve worn those glasses.
You want me to ask my co-ministers how they do it?
Sounds like a very busy week. Need a designated hitter?
It came so easy for me!!
