Explaining The Tag Line

In the midst of some fun over on Big Bad Brad’s Blog* (and I stress it was and is all for fun) a blogger known by Brad made this comment about one of my comments:

I really do fear to send this because I am not so sure if comparing Randy to the great thinkers of all time is a great idea or not???

I laughed and laughed at this comment and thought I would extract portions of it (as is done in Hollywood film reviews) just because it was so funny.

I’d really like to leave it up there for the laughs but don’t want to those who come late to the party to misunderstand.

Leave it! After all, you told me in a fairly recent conversation that most people need something to smile about!!! :)

What is going on here? :)
Any one you can attend the Pepperdine Lectures and not attend any (or should I say most, some, a few) lectures is a “great thinker.” Leave it up there Bro.

Thanks for putting the quote in context. It makes it much more understandable.

I don’t know what the fuss is. I get compared to great thinkers all the time such as, “that Stump guy is no Einstein” I see no reason that you couldn’t draw similar comparisons.

Soooooo, I thought you guys were all supposed to be about the context, what happened to that???

And yes we all need something to smile about. That’s why I posted it knowing fully what would happen.

Being compared to great thinkers and being “equal” to them … well, you know what I’m thinking! I just hope some day someone compares me to Randy Wray.
