According to this article blogging is good for you.
Yes, you read that correctly.
Blogging is good therapy.
So come on start a blog and let the healing begin.
Although I’m shocked that you don’t care what I had for lunch yesterday.

O.K., I’ll (no pun intended) bite, what did you have for lunch yesterday?
Is the Mexican place still open for business?

I think those in our blogging circle are saying “Duh!”
And they should start a TheoBlog.

I think you’ve just invented a new word, Randy. Therablogapy. Cool!
I, myself, think everyone should blog. Well . . . not EVERY one, but more people than do now. Although, it seems to me that blogging has kind of already reached its peak and is now going downhill.
I say that because in the three years I’ve been blogging on a regular basis, I’ve seen lots of bloggers come and go and even most of the bloggers left on my favorites list don’t blog nearly as often as they once did. In fact, many of them rarely, if ever, blog any more and I’m having a hard time finding bloggers who have remained active for any length of time.
It seems to me to be now somewhat passe. What do you guys think?
Cheers & Blessings to you all today!

You are correct … I really don’t care what you had for lunch yesterday, but if it will make you feel better to write about it, the blog away!!

Quiche, salad and German Chocolate Cake.
It was a great lunch.
I feel better after having written that.
